FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.00 as standard on a 2-3 working day UK service (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays). 

The postage cost will be £4.95.

This is a tracked and signed for service, in which the recipient or appointed person will need to be present to sign for the parcel.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY PROVIDERS

Due to ongoing issues with Royal Mail your parcel may be delivered via DPD or Evri. The postage cost of £4.95 will be the same whichever service is used.

DELAYED OR MISSING ITEMS

Items will not be considered lost until after 15 working days of items being dispatched. Once the 15 working days are up we will issue a refund or replacement.

CLICK & COLLECT…FREE

As a quick, easy and free way to collect your order, why not visit us in-store. Our lovely girls will be delighted to see you. 

If the items you order are in stock they will be available for collection during opening hours.

1. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been packed and ready to collect

2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.

3. We will hold your order for 7 days, please collect within that timeframe or contact us if this is not possible and arrange a collection date. 

4. Uncollected orders will be refunded after 14 days.
