RETURNS INFORMATION
Please Note: Sale items that are reduced by more than 50% are non-returnable unless faulty.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return any part of an order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on full price items and sale items that are reduced by up to 50%. Sale items that are reduced by more than 50% are non-returnable unless faulty.
Goods received out with the 14 day return period will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with the labels still attached and be free from any make-up, strong fragrance or signs of wear/damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
Please use the original mailbag provided where possible and take the parcel to your local post office or delivery provider. You will be required to pay for the return postage.
In the event of faulty items being returned, the cost of postage will be refunded. (Please advise of faulty items by email to info@vanityfairscotland.co.uk as soon as they are received).
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Returns can be dropped off in-store within 14 days of receipt. Please take proof of purchase when returning your item. Refunds will be dealt with by our online team and will not issued by our in-store sales teams.
Please allow up to two weeks from receipt in store of your return for your refund to be actioned. It can take a further 10 working days for the credit to appear on your card.
